Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

PadelVoice Pro is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require account creation and we do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers through the app.

The app may process the following categories of data:

• Match data and app preferences stored locally on your device
• Optional feedback that you choose to submit through in-app survey or paywall feedback forms
• Optional Apple Watch and HealthKit workout statistics when you enable those features

2. Microphone Usage

PadelVoice Pro uses your device's microphone and Apple's Speech Recognition technologies to detect score commands during matches and demo mode.

• Audio is not recorded or stored by us
• We do not send audio to our own servers
• Speech recognition is handled through Apple frameworks and may be processed by Apple according to Apple's systems and policies
• Microphone and speech permissions are only used to enable voice-controlled scoring

3. Data Storage On Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device to provide its core functionality:

• Team names and player names (customizable by you)
• Language preference
• Voice settings
• Match counter for free trial tracking
• Purchase status (premium/free)
• Match history, statistics, and app state
• Local app events used for on-device funnel analysis

This local data can be deleted by uninstalling the app, subject to any Apple-managed purchase restoration rules.

4. Optional Feedback Forms

PadelVoice Pro may show optional feedback requests, such as a short survey or a paywall feedback question.

• If you choose to submit feedback, your responses are sent to us through a Google Apps Script / Google Sheets endpoint
• This feedback is used only to improve the product
• Submitting feedback is optional

5. In-App Purchases

PadelVoice Pro offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock unlimited matches. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your full payment information.

6. Apple Watch, HealthKit, and Motion Data

Apple Watch integration is optional.

• If enabled, the watch can read workout and health-related data such as heart rate, calories, steps, distance, and related workout metrics
• The watch can also use motion sensors to analyze movement during matches
• These data are used to display match statistics in the app and to save workout activity to Apple Health when applicable
• We do not send this health or motion data to our own servers

7. Notifications

The app may request permission to send local notifications on your device for re-engagement reminders. These notifications are generated locally on-device.

8. Third-Party Services

PadelVoice Pro does not use advertising SDKs, third-party tracking SDKs, or external analytics platforms such as Firebase or Google Analytics. The app does use certain platform and infrastructure services as part of its functionality:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit for in-app purchases
• Apple Speech Recognition frameworks for voice command recognition
• Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch frameworks when health features are enabled
• Google Apps Script / Google Sheets only when you voluntarily submit feedback forms

9. Children's Privacy

PadelVoice Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
